  Store very clean. Employees most helpful. Fries cold. Asked for fresh ones, I received just that. Cookies did not come in a tote.

  This mcdonald's is attached to a loves trucker gas station. It is usually very busy period. Often, the food part of my order is correct.But the drink part of my order is almost always wrong.Especially if i'm getting a specialty coffee of any kind. The dining area is often very dirty and not very clean.And the tables are usually very sticky. Regardless, if I order inside or through the drive through again, my drink orders are almost always wrong.And that's very frustrating at this particular location. Also I think because they are very busy.The service is extremely slow.Even if you're just getting a drink, you can oftentimes wait anywhere between fifteen to thirty minutes. Drive through is fairly quick in the mornings before ten o'clock. At this point I usually drive a little further down the road and go to a different mcdonald's location.

  This chicken sandwich is hard as a brick, tonight in general they are burning really fast through the orders but not being careful with them. It would be better if they took their time, and the food quality was thus better. My filet o fish was haphazardly slapped together as well.

  One employee really stood out to me. Her name was shenetha?(sorry if I spell it wrong) but she could tell I was having a rough day & was really sweet & nice to me. She even brought me my food. I love employees that go above and beyond!

  Ordered a mobile order for two breakfast sandwich meals at 9:35am through the app. Went inside and waited 30 minutes and never got our order. Watched other people come into the restaurant and order and get their meals ahead of us. After 20 minutes, we asked what was going on after watching multiple people come in, order, and receive their meals ahead of us. She asked what our number was and said it was coming. Watched her go and make tickets for all the mobile orders that they were ignoring. We proceeded to wait another 10 minutes and watched them again make every order ahead of ours and keep on taking new orders and filling those. We can also see on the screen the order of all meals and saw us at the top of the list but still having others fulfilled ahead of ours. Asked for a refund and the lady acted all confused and said it was being made. Mind you we could literally see in there and watch them continue to ignore our order and had that lady keep staring at us. We also watched every single person who got their order have to get a correction. The manager came and gave us a refund and did not even refund us the amount we spent. If you order from here don’t do a mobile order, don’t ask about the wait, and check your order before you leave.
