Just tonight, ordered a Chicken dinner, specifically asked for BBQ sauce. Did not get it. Did not get the gravy either. Didn't get the correct drink size. One out of four burgers were correct. But at least they are consistent, albeit consistently wrong. Once or twice I can understand, or if they are completely swamped. But this is EVERY SINGLE TIME, busy or not. And to top it off, the staff is less than enthusiastic. I can't remember the last time I gave a 1-star rating, but this place earned it. Poor service, poor quality, consistently. Officially done with Sonic in Troup. Long term update: Went back after four years, ordered Frito Pie. Just a cardboard boat with Fritos and literally a line of chili and cheese. Looks like someone accidentally dripped a small amount of chili and cheese on the chips. Should have went to the store and bought a bag of plain Fritos. same thing basically. Not sure what the fork was for.
