Tonight the kids and I went to get blizzards at 9:20pm and Malachi was the DQ worker operating the drive thru. He was extremely rude and clearly didn’t want to be there. We pulled up to the window and waited about 10 minutes before even being acknowledged. After taking our money, I was so frustrated and disappointed that I flagged a female worker down to get a refund.
