- KCKelsey Covarrubias1 day ago2.0Another costumer and I were shopping and got verbally harassed by a man (costumer) in the store while shopping. After letting two employees know what he was doing they still continued to let him shop. This comes after a few days ago a lady was harassed by a man on the flower aisle. Safety needs to be tightened up.
- KGKat GApr 1, 20261.0The only goal of a supermarket should be food safety. I feel like Tom Thumb - Trophy Club is far from meeting this goal. I shop here due to proximity to my home and the lack of other good options. I'm not sure I can do it anymore. There is mold all over the wire rack in the diary case. A lot. (See photo) The store as a whole consistently struggles with expired food on the shelves and lack of gloves when handling deli meat. It's clear no one here has ever struggled with food borne illness. At this rate, they won't have to wait long to experience it. *update* According to the Chief Health Inspector for the City of Denton, Denton County does NOT have a food protection program in place. With no regulatory body in place, it's the absolute wild west here at Tom Thumb.

I expressed concern to a worker and she had me fill out a customer request form to get the formula in store. Next shopping trip we had, they had the formula in stock! Thank you Tom Thumb, Trophy Club for hearing us out and providing for my family! You listened, and delivered! Only reason for my 4-stars is not enough staff in the checkout counters, and sometimes produce and meat selections are not good.

Guy obviously wanted to be anywhere but here, and would have said so if he had spoken more than 2 words to me. Didn’t get the bagger’s name but he was just as bad. Puts my 12-pack in a single plastic bag, one bulb of garlic in a single bag, and one bottle of bbq sauce in a single bag. These things would easily have fit in any of my other bags. What are we doing here guys? Store itself is great but use the self-checkout. The staff ruin an otherwise pleasant experience.
