- DBDon BerryMar 3, 20261.0I ordered from the Chipotle in Trophy Club for the first time, and I’m really disappointed. I paid extra for steak, and for the price, the portion should have been noticeably more — but it definitely wasn’t. Spending an additional $6.50 felt like a waste. This was my first experience with this location, and honestly, it makes me question whether I’ll order from here again. Very frustrating.

Missing order of chips and guacamole. Missing order of tacos. Missing side of chicken. Order of quesadillas completely botched. No way to report a problem in the app. Had to call the store which rerouted me to a call center. Call center would only refund 4 of 5 items. I asked for a full refund due to the terrible experience. They deserve the 1-star rating. I even told the call center person I was leaving a 1 star review. She didn’t really mind.

Unfortunately today will be the last. The steak was dry and flavorless and the rice tasted stale. This wasn’t the only time it tasted this way. Dry and flavorless seems to be very common at this location. They also take no pride in packaging their products for pickup. When my daughter walked in the door the bag with my bowl ripped through the bottom and came crashing down all over the floor.
