I was hesitant to go here after reading reviews but visited since it was convenient. NEVER visiting again to this location and would recommend same to others as well.

Make sure you buffer in enough time for the cashier to fill all the to-go orders before checking out existing business that's already there. I guess the virtual customer is more important than the one in front of your face. This is also a management issue. I just walked out because it appeared they didn't want my business. Jersey Mike's is next door.

I paid extra for steak, and for the price, the portion should have been noticeably more — but it definitely wasn’t. Spending an additional $6.50 felt like a waste. This was my first experience with this location, and honestly, it makes me question whether I’ll order from here again. Very frustrating.
