It had been waiting and just sitting there. The excuse was that there wasn't enough staff to take out curbside order. Guess what, as a customer, I don't care. Either bring out curbside orders in a timely manner or don't offer curbside. The lack of staff is your problem and not the customers. And this wasn't even during peak hours.

If you think ordering ahead will save you time.. wrong. You will still wait in the parking lot even if you order your food through the app wait 30 minutes then go to pick your food up it still won't be ready. This is the absolute worst place of business I have stepped foot in. $30 for attitude and wrong orders is insane. I'm convinced you could order a soda and still be asked to pull into a parking spot to wait and by the time you get said soda I just know it would be halfway melted and flat. Do better.
