  My wife and I had a craving for Dairy Queen, but the one in Huntsville, Texas shutdown a while back, so our next closest options were Willis or Trinity. I am so happy that we chose to make the drive across the river to this location in Trinity! When we first started ordering, we hit a small issue when my youngest kid wanted a kids burger, but with tomato and lettuce added to it. The cashier said there wasn’t really a way to do it, but then remedied the problem by providing us with tomato and lettuce on the side. Next my wife ordered her steak finger basket, but when the cashier asked how many fingers she asked “would you like 4, 6, or 8?” My eyes lit up and when it was my turn to order, I asked “Did you say I can order an 8 piece steak finger basket?” And the lovely cashier said “Of course!” Don’t judge me, lol, I was so hungry and we don’t often go to DQ, so it absolutely made my night to order 8 crispy, hot steak fingers! ☺️ Our food came out hot and fresh and yes, I ate all 8 steak fingers as well as the two cups of gravy…🫠 The food was amazing, and the service is honest to goodness top notch!

  Tonight my family went into Dairy Queen for dinner, food was ordered and came out wrong, when we asked for the burger to be correct, the worse attitudes from the manager on duty, claiming they can not modify the burger, we asked for NO cheese at time we ordered and paid extra for bacon, we just want what we paid for..they took the burger and it took another 20 minutes to get that burger, everyone was finished before the burger came out..but the attitude was clearly unbelievable, rolling her eyes and then laughing at my husband with the cook. Just wow! This will be the last time we come here

  The female lead unsure of her name (she wear glasses,has black hair and a lot of make up) is very rude and has Zero customer service skills. If you dont like your job go find another one. It has been many issues but never like this today. Before I could order they were staring at me and not providing service. When I finally order. I ordered a 6pc tender combo and paid and left got home and notice it was wrong. Turn around went back and walked in to sarcastic looks making it uncomfortable. She was rude and treated me with disgust. After help by another staff member and they apologize I left but want be back.

  Absolutely GREAT customer service 👏 👏 👏 felt like the a/c was on even though it's 50°outside but food was great!!
