  Not sure why so many negative reviews. I ordered at peak time on a Saturday night. The wait time for the order was quoted around 10 minutes, but it ended up taking about to 20. No big deal, it is just an estimate after all. The restaurant was clean, the young man at the counter were very courteous, and the food was hot and fresh. 10/10

  Used to be super fast but now always late It says order is ready on the screen but staff has no idea if its even there Ordering ahead of time and still waiting for 20 minutes for the food Not worth the wait

  Couldn’t tell you about the food, I walked in at 11:15 pm (4/13/2025) to patronize the new local wing stop, and as I was talking to the nice young lady about the new flavors one of the little young boys walked up to the door window of the back kitchen looked straight at me and shook his head as if saying I shouldn’t have come in there. Little man didn’t seem enthusiastic about his job. I ended up telling the young lady at the counter that I’d just come back another time because I don’t need aggravated people handling my meal preparation. It’s been years since I’ve had wingstop, and I usually go to Wingbay on Kuykendahl. Shame dude just ran business away from the franchise like that, it was still top half of the hour before they closed so why he’s representing the new neighborhood wingstop that way I have no idea. Another drag in the reviews of this location smh.

  If you like cold food this is your place! Management sucks no help to solve issues. Ordered and took two hours to receive order with temps at 98f. They use Uber Eats for delivery so you might want to go to bed and set an alarm for the morning, cold wings and eggs sounds about right with this disaster of a place.

  i’ve ordered twice from here. Both times they got the order wrong. when I called to complain, the first time they asked if I wanted a refund. I told them, yes. But I never was refunded. The second time I went in, they got the order wrong again. This time I checked before I left and had them corrected. Shouldn’t have to do this.
