Drove up to the speaker to order I said hello after waiting and seeing the workers just chatting it up .
They ask if I could hold Then they took my order and gave me cold food. This restaurant has consistent, bad service and food wondering if they have any supervision.

Wow! Not even sure where to start. Sat at the speaker for 10 minutes I could see people walking around, but no one was asking what we wanted to order. So we finally drive up to the window and sat there for another 10 minutes for someone to open the window and look at us crazy. I ordered tater tots , then when I get my order of tater tots after I’ve waited 15 more minutes … they were cold! This sonic has one thing that they do well and that is continuously serve crappy food!!!

WHY IS THIS PLACE STILL IN BUSINESS? Or at least not managed by a whole new crew who takes pride in their job and managers who work to get customer service reviews from customers. Stayed here literally 30 min and everyone was just staring out the door and not answering orders AT ALL. 3 customers ended up leaving. This is the second time I have been here and this time really topped it off of the ignorance of this crew and their leaders. So sad you pay these people and yet they so lazy and inexperienced.

Ok, I made a delivery order All-American Triple SONIC Smasher Combo And a second order of fries. I got a TOTALLY different persons order!!! I mean the only thing right was the drink. I got hot dogs and jalapeño poppers and tots!! The name was even on the bag who it was for!! Now I tried calling for an hour and all the phone did was ring and ring and ring and ring, until ai finally gave up and just ate what I got. I will never be ordering from them again, this was not the drivers fault, but totally the staff prepping the food! How do you mix up these orders? Totally different orders!!! 🤦🏾♂️WTH??!!!

just wanted to give a big thank you to carhop Emily for taking our order. The place was extremely busy and we had a pretty large order, but she kindly let us know ahead of time that there would be a wait which we completely understood and appreciated.
Even though things were packed, we noticed her staying active, helping multiple cars, and keeping a great attitude the whole time. That really stood out to us. My wife and I both appreciated her positivity and professionalism, especially during such a hectic moment.
Having worked in the fast food industry for 20 years, I know how tough it can get, and Emily handled it so well. We definitely need more people with her kind of attitude at this location.
If I could have tipped more, I absolutely would have. Thank you again, Emily we sure do hope to see you again soon!
