Pull up and push the button at 9:54. They answered back three minutes later by laughing in the mic and turning the button off I gave them a minute push the button again it’s 10 o’clock. She gets on there and tells me they’re closed and hangs up if you don’t wanna work, let someone else have the job
The entire team on duty this evening demonstrated a significant deficiency in fundamental reading comprehension and customer service proficiencies, which are essential for fulfilling their responsibilities. My experience was profoundly dissatisfying. Had I remained on-site, I anticipate a prolonged wait until my straightforward order was accurately prepared. The order consisted of two chicken wraps, specifically one buffalo and one Baja, a junior bacon cheeseburger, two orders of French toast sticks, a banana shake, and a large chili cheese fries. I am confident that my order was prepared upon my arrival; however, I was left waiting for an additional 15 minutes after checking in via the mobile application. Upon pressing the red button, my food was dispatched. The initial delivery contained medium chili cheese tater tots instead of the large chili cheese fries I had requested, a discrepancy that was immediately apparent. When I pointed out that I had ordered fries, not tots, the employee acknowledged the error. She then took the medium tots and transferred them into a larger container, adding a few more tots and chili cheese before returning them to my vehicle. Subsequently, I inquired about the missing syrup for my two orders of French toast sticks. She then provided two packets of syrup, which is insufficient for two separate orders. Furthermore, the banana milkshake was excessively diluted, resembling banana milk rather than a shake. I urge Sonic to address these issues promptly.
One of my corndogs definitely wasn't fresh but the carhop i think his name was Derek. Hes got a great attitude
Worst Sonic I have ever been to. Manager is a joke, a cheapskate and a liar. They shorted me an entree and all of the condiments I ordered and then when I came back they told me “the manager put it in the bag.” They did not remake the entree item until I showed them a photo of what was in the original bag. Then, they gave me one of four ranch packets that I ordered and said I had to pay for the other three. I showed her my receipt in the app and she walked away and never came back. If I could give them zero stars, I would.

Order 2 strawberry limeades. Received 2 sprites. I requested strawberries and lime to add. We waited over 15 minutes, talked to 3 different people (one who rolled her eyes when I requested it to be fixed), only to receive a ‘full’ cup of strawberries that was in fact less than a scoop and not enough to make either drink a strawberry limeade. Don’t offer a drink you’re unwilling to make. Paid for the add in fruit and limes, would like to receive what I paid for. Service was awful.
