My boyfriend and I had the Rodeo Burger. Topped with onion rings, onion, bacon, and a zesty BBQ sauce this burger is large and delicious! The fries are good too!

Update to review below:
Well, the drive through now is crap. Waited 20 MINUTES for a #3 on a Thursday evening around 5:30PM.
I sent their corporate folks a message and they are working on it and "sorry about my experience" and all that. Well, I won't know if they fix it because I'm not wasting my money there. When CFA opens next door, it will destroy this place. Such a shame because they put a lot of money into the building and layout, but I never see hardly anyone in the parking lot. They should sell why it is still new and take the loss.
Prior review below:
I think our dine-in experience was the opposite of the drive-through experience we have had since this location opened.
Some restaurants seem to do better at one or the other, but few both. It's weird since it's the same restaurant, same people, same food, same machines, same roof, etc...
Our drive-through experience has been 100% dead on. No issue with misunderstood orders, or missing items, etc...
On the other hand, the dine-in experience, which was our first time to dine-in, was 180 degrees from this. In summary, 3 of us ordered, 1 order was totally missed and the other order was completely wrongly by adding condiments when asked not to, etc....
Additionally, as I ate my burger, I was facing the order counter and noticed 2 more people have issues with their food, etc.... Some was up in Denmark that day for sure.
In terms of the management to "make things right" offered a free meal for the next visit. Always on the come...you have to fight to get comped anymore and this is coming from owners, not managers because they NEVER want to give that cash back.
The quality of the food is good enough for what you expect at a place like this and actually was better than a Freddy's, or similar place that would be a direct competitor.
At the end of the day, training, training, training is key. Owners are trying to make as much money as possible doing as little as possible and it honestly shows. They don't spend enough time and money on training and they short staff all the time and it is always noticeable.
This place just opened and I already notice this. At least Freddy's down the road held the line for about a year before they went scorched-earth and decided to embark upon the ubiquitous "shrinkflation" modus operandi which led us to stop going there for good.
At this point, we'll probably just do drive-through as the resources and training seem either more in tune with that part of the operation, or this restaurant is just getting lucky.

The big burger deal was the only reason I came. The rest of the food isn’t worth the price. TBH the big burger deal is barely worth it cuz the quality and condiments on the burger are always up and down. Is it gonna be no seasoning or too many condiments ? For this reason back to inn n out

I ordered the charbroiled chicken sandwich for the second time within 2 months but today I got the smallest chicken breast I’ve ever had. I finished in 3 or 4 bites and I still had half the tomato and half bun left over. No, the chicken breast didn’t push up on the sandwich while I was eating it. The flavor was good but just not worth $7.20 for something the still left me hungry. I hope they make sure the chicken breast portion is at least the size of the hun next time. My husband enjoyed his sliced beef sandwich, definitely full of meat and was tasty!

After seeing some ads pop up in my social media feeds, I decided to give this place a go & am glad that I did. I first tried their $9.99 Big Burger bundle & it was a great tasting burger & fries. The burger does not taste like a typical fast food burger but more of a homemade one & it was packed with fillings which spilled out as you take your first bite, but I didn't mind that at all. I came back the next day to try their Two Hot Dogs combo meal & that was great as well. You can order from one of the 4 kiosks at the front (although my kiosk did not print out a receipt, so I had to remember my 4 digit order number shown on the screen 😊) or from an actual person at the counter. Staff were cheerful & friendly and the interior had a nice retro-style feel to it. I wish there was one closer to where I live, but I would not mind dropping by again when I'm back near the area.
