Sad to see they closed, I use to love coming here and it’s evident by the most recent reviews it went down hill. The last couple times I’ve been here the tables were so sticky, it was hot and the restrooms were gross but food was always good. I’m going to miss this location but will definitely be going to the one off the grand parkway more

Never had to deal with negative review but this place is next level not caring for costumers , We ordered online at 8:20 pm the estimated time was 53mins-63 mins, i was across the street heb buying time and at 8:57 i get a call from a women saying “you order wings , are you going to come get it or what” -.-!?!? I said what do you mean , it said an hour wait. Then she said well “you coming or not we about to close you can get a refund tomorrow “ i said give me 3 minutes i will be there i am across the street, i drive there, 4 cars parked outside with costumers who received the same call , mind you all the orders where sitting on the stand inside and all the costumers where outside, so i called her back she had the nerve to say, well is too late we close.-. Like the sign says 10:30 am -midnight, and blamed it on her manager, and once again told me to go get my refund the next day … DONT COME!!!!

I have had so many issues with this store it’s hard to pick a place to start. They are extremely, unbearably slow and get orders wrong constantly. Most of the staff is unfriendly and acts like they don’t want to be there. There are plenty of other Wingstop locations. Probably best to pick a different one.
