Ethan was very enthusiastic and helped me with my drive thru order I had a long day and nothing touches the soul like whataburger the evening staff has really leveled up the game for fast food! Always so kind and he gave great suggestions Thank you Ethan and thank you whataburger :) (My go to is the honey butter chicken but try the breakfast burger with a side of honey butter you won’t regret it)

I am writing regarding the conduct of a manager named Keisha at your location. During my recent visit, I witnessed behavior that was highly unprofessional, disrespectful, and unacceptable for any workplace. Upon entering the store, I heard Manager Keisha speaking to the crew members—many of whom appeared to be teenagers—in a demeaning and degrading manner. She spoke to them as though they were unintelligent or of little value. No employee, regardless of age or position, should ever be treated in this manner. Additionally, my own interaction with her as a customer was concerning. Her tone toward me was dismissive and disrespectful. As a Hispanic customer, I felt I was being spoken to differently, and the treatment came across as prejudiced. This created a hostile and uncomfortable experience for me as a paying customer. The environment in the store was chaotic and tense, and it was clear that the manager’s behavior was contributing to a hostile work environment for both employees and customers. I am requesting that this situation be thoroughly investigated. The treatment I witnessed and personally experienced does not reflect the standards I expect from Whataburger, and I believe it warrants immediate corporate attention.
