Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

So I had to call up there to cancel my order and they let me know that they could hold my order until the next day if I needed so I could still get it. And then this amazing guy offered to bring me my food since I was right down the street! How awesome is that? Thank you so much for bringing me my food and I will definitely be ordered from this location from now on!
- SCScott ChristensenOct 17, 20251.0You know I made a review a couple of weeks ago about this particular whataburger I have to say I let my guard down and got home a BAM a bisquit short and picante wasn’t even in the bag When I pull to intercom and ordered the gentleman misunderstood what I was saying and actually got a attitude with me he was too busy carrying on another conversation with a coworker Talk about screw up someone evening I’m pretty pissed and I will be going to corporate with this shenanigans it’s always something with this whataburger I work hard for my money and so many times I’ve been screwed and just had to take a loss I want my dam bisquit Not to mention my large coke I didn’t get either since I was rushed through drive thru That’s what I get for letting my guard down
