  Ally, working the drive thru gave us excellent service! 10/10 would come back for her! As a Chicago native who’s had portllos since a young age, the great service made the experience better! Keep it up Ally!

  Listen when I pulled up to the drive through and saw the cool, I knew it was going to be FYE 🔥and it was. Best veggie dog EVER. Pro-tip let the cake sit out to room temp. Order onion rings and fries. It’s worth the extra time on the treadmill 🤣OH and get EVERYTHING on your hot dog at least once, don’t knock it until you try it. ❤️

  A new fast food dinning option recently added to our area. Being familiar with the chain and having friends from Chicago I was excited to try them out. First off the presentation had a lot of thought that went into the design and presentation of the restaurant. The interior decoration is super cool. It has hints of nostalgia with vintage seating and images all through the restaurant. With that said service is more on the modern side with the entrance being lined with self service kiosk, but there is staff at the counter for those who would like the more traditional service with human interaction. Thebfood was prepared fairly quickly. Its menu is primarily focused on hot dogs and roast beef sandwiches. They do offer hamburgers and some options with chicken. I chose the hamburger for my 1st visit but the next time I come I definitely want to try the roast beef sandwich. Overall the food was good and the price was on par with other food chains. If you're looking for a change from the usual fast food spots in our area I think they are worth a try.

  Today, 11/12/25 at 1;24pm, the service, food is excellent but the music VOLUME was so loud that you have to struggle to talk to your companion. It isn't a nightclub. I was going to dine inside and enjoy the decor, but sat outside where the music was less concentrated. Lower it a bit. Previously the volume was at a good level. Otherwise it's great!

  Hi there, we came in to try the new location. The service was great, it happened to be a day that the AC was out, so it was a tad warm in the restaurant. However, the food for me was just ok. The sandwich being dipped isn't my favorite, so next time will try without it being dipped. Also tried the chili cheese dog, it has lots of potential, however it was luke warm..so maybe could be better if it were hot! Also tried the BBQ burger. That would've been my favorite item to try. The sauce and the crispiness of the onion ring were good, and love the chargrill. However, extremely greasy burger, I went through a ton of napkins. Could've just been a bad day, and always willing to go back and try again!
