I originally called to place an order for pickup so it would be ready when I arrived and the employee who answered the phone told me it would be easier to order online rather than her put in the order herself, (rude and lazy) so I drove to the location went inside to order my lunch. Walked inside no one to greet customers walking in, and nobody was assigned to a register. It's 2pm and I have worked in the food industry, personally not having an open register is unacceptable especially in the middle of the work day. I waited for her to figure out who was gonna assign themselves so they could take my order. Then while I was ordering she explained to me on every item I order they were missing ingredients. Terrible experience I didn't even order just left and went somewhere else. I hope they can fix some of they're issues because I love panera bread but if they keep it up the rest of these location will be out of business like the ones near my house

There is zero air circulation in the bathroom and the restaurant felt warm and stuffy as well. The entire place needs a real decent cleaning. I expected better for Panera Bread.
