Complete and utter incompetence in this location. Somehow they need new leadership or an audit by corporate. 21 minutes in the lobby for 2 happy meals and 1 chicken sandwich. Multiple orders filled ahead, manager had to re-ring in the cheeseburger because it was made wrong multiple times (cheese & ketchup only). Staff is very inattentive. Walk by multiple customers without making eye contact or even speaking to them. Ridiculous

Ordered a bacon egg and cheese biscuit meal with a large orange juice and an entree of a bacon egg & cheese biscuit made it very clear that is what I wanted and the lady named Sidel which is on my receipt gave me a biscuit with just 2 strips of bacon on it. To top it off I wasn't finished ordering and i wanted to order coffee and because I was using my app she already charged and closed the order so I got no coffee. So driving home I went to 7Brew and got an AMAZING coffee as I got mad at that lady closing the order & charging me through the app. I live 5 miles from this location and when I got home I noticed the biscuit sandwiches with just Bacon in them. You can't call the location to complain because it goes to a recording and hangs up on you. I will NEVER go back to this McDonald's as this is not the 1st time they have messed up my order. So much for having breakfast with my husband.

The employee at the drive thru window was being incredibly rude, and no one in the entire staff knew what we ordered. We waited for 10 minutes, only for us to recive a 4 piece nugget instead of 6. We asked them to replace the food and give us our six, but again they had no idea what we ordered so they said no. So we paid you 20 dollars for food in total, and you dont want to try and find our order you took 2 minutes ago? Will not come back.
