- SSSanti SuarezFeb 23, 20261.0The customer service was a joke, the black guy taking the orders on the drive through was barely mumbling on the speaker, when we approached to the window he did not say a thing, took my card gave it back and he wrinkled my receipt without asking if I wanted it, I asked for it he gave it to me and said nothing, literally nothing, people like that just damage the reputation of your location... Then we went to the next window to get our food and this girl just gave me the bag with the most unwilling face you can imagine and again, not a word. Just another lame location, avoid it if possible.

The service given by the friendly managers and staff is continually out of the park quality as well as speedy. Even the cleanliness especially on Sunday mornings as I observe the young man applying meticulous effort to his mopping, wiping tables and cleaning bathrooms. Definitely the best McDonalds ever along with another location in Conroe.
