This place is so slow. Ordered two individual items. First I sat in line for 15 minutes and there was only one person in front of me. Then they had me wait in a parking space for another 10-15 minutes waiting for cookies. COOKIES. For heavens sake. Do better. Fast food shouldn’t take 30 minutes in a drive through.

I'm fairly certain that this location is habitually understaffed. I've had some of the most obscene wait times here and do not bother using curbside because you will have at least 10 to 20 cars go through the drive-thru before you even get acknowledged... This has happened to me at least twice now, and on a previous occasion I ordered inside and was waiting 45 minutes before somebody realized my order ticket had been outstanding. 😑

Ignored my curbside order. Sat for 11 minutes. Pulled through the drive through. Worker ignored me, then turned and announced to another employee, hey it’s the curbside order. Other girl walks up and tries to act like she doesn’t speak English well. kept saying I don’t know. App wouldn’t let me cancel my order.
