  Me sirvieron dos café estaban tibios ironico tu pides un café se supone que te llega caliente le pedí a la joven que me los calentara y regreso con ellos y la misma tontera nada caliente se los volví a llevar para que me los calentara y nada nose que pensar si es que amanecieron de mal humor pero por dignidad al café caliente no me lo tomé

  Don't understand how McDonald's has the same button for toasting bread longer or cooking meat longer. Well done, of course the incompetence at fast food is that rather than toast the bread like requested. They turn the sausage into coaster and the English muffin is still raw. For some, minimum wage is over compensation.

  I really wanted a caramel frapp and was excited it was Saturday cause its my cheat day for sugar. This location RUINED my morning. I ordered my coffee with no whip get to the window and the coffee has whip. I said with a smile the order was supposed to have no whip...the waitress responds saying "well the order didn't say no whip cream" I asked the lady to fix the order and she turns around opens my drink a removes the whip with an object adds more caramel and hands me back my drink. Now the cup is missing 10% . I hand the drink back and ask for a refund. This lady get louds and tells me to pull up. So I park and go inside for my refund. I get inside and they ask me for the drink back before I can get a refund. I told the lady I gave it back to the lady at the window. She says no you didn't. She looks behind her where the drink is and say oh okay and gives me a refund. I will NEVER go back to this location again. And I will be sure to tell all my friends and associates at HCA right down the road to NEVER go here again. Worst customer service I have EVER experienced. There are two many Mcdonalds to select from to have to deal with that type of attitude. Should of read the reviews.

  I have gone to this McDonals 3X in the last 1-1.5 months. 1st time tasted like I got day old bread and was cold. Thought maybe a 1 off. 2nd time my wife wanted a McRib asked for no onions. Got onions. Picked em off cause didn’t have time to go back. 3rd time tonight we ordered 2 kids meals and 2 combos. Everything that we asked for no onions on had onions. No sauce in the bag. Drove back up there this time to have things remade. Get the second order. Asked if there was sauces in the bag. They respond “yes, they should be” and walk off. We confirm. NO SAUCES!! Had to walk back in the store and ask for sauces. The service here has fallen way off recently. To not get one order right over 3 trips and a return and BAD!!! I know this review isn’t gonna stop people from going. But check everything and make them fix every mistake til they learn to get it right!!!!
