- KKKoko1 day ago4.0I took the girls to Main Event for some old-school arcade fun, and the games did not disappoint. Tons of options, great energy, and the girls were fully entertained. Watching them compete and celebrate wins was honestly half the fun. The food was solid for an arcade spot. The pepperoni flatbread came out hot and cheesy, the wings and fries were exactly what you expect—no complaints there. The downside? The bar service. It was extremely slow, and the place wasn’t even busy. Waiting that long for basic food and drinks made zero sense and definitely took away from the experience. Overall, Main Event is a win for games and kid-friendly fun, but the bar needs to pick up the pace. I’d come back for the arcade—but I’m managing my expectations when it comes to food and drinks. 🎮🍕

Our total was $40.02, and the suggested tips are calculated double (20% showed $16.80, which is 40%). Easy to miss unless you check the math. And honestly the food was a lot better than I thought it was going to be (pizza, tenders, chicken sandwich). Most importantly the kids loved it.

We reserved their VIP room and upon arriving we were told that there was a glitch in their scheduling system online which resulted in 4 other customers scheduling the same room for the same time. Not only did we drive a long distance to utilize the VIP room the management team there did nothing to compensate us for the inconvenience and the scheduling error on part of their online system. We were discarded a female team member literally laughed in our face while rolling her eyes and telling us yeah you won't get that room today. I didn't get the yong ladies name but she worked at the bowling desk and in the bowling shoe dispensary. She was an African American girl, light brown, with blond curly hair and slim build. She was extremely rude and very unprofessional. My children came home on military leave and this was supposed to be an enjoyable family event for us to enjoy. Instead we spent over $400 there to leave with bad tastes in our mouths and disappointed in the lack of professionalism and customer service. I would not recommend this place based on my family's last experience there. We were extremely disappointed with this place, their management team, and unprofessional employees.

Our server Blake did a wonderful job. If you go- ask for him! The manager Dante was so helpful anytime a machine wasn’t working properly. The staff was handing out NYE hats for all the kids- how fun! Highly recommend this location if you want to have a fun time with your family!
