I can usually always find what I want at this store. Their prices are comparable to Walmart however food quality is much better at HEB. I like going to the Tomball store because it is close to my home and easy to get to.

HEB has increasingly become my Favorite store and this one is just as good as the rest I've been to. My experience with the workers were great, they were helpful and friendly.

UPDATE (02/06/26): Store Leader Scott left a voicemail admitting the store was wrong but has since ignored 5+ follow-up calls. The lack of accountability is as bad as the original experience: Disregard for Special Needs Families and Policy. I am heartbroken by the lack of empathy shown at this H-E-B (Store #574). On Saturday, Jan 25th, I arrived for a Curbside pickup at 9:20 PM—10 minutes BEFORE they closed. Despite being on time for food I had already paid for, staff refused to give me my groceries. I had 5 children in the car in 30-degree weather, including two autistic children. My non-verbal son suffered a severe meltdown in the freezing cold because of this. To make matters worse, a manager named Scott accused me of lying about my arrival time. He later left a voicemail admitting I was right, but has since ignored every single one of my follow-up calls. Being denied food you've paid for while your hungry children are in the car is cruel. Being called a liar by management is inexcusable. I expected so much more from H-E-B. Sunday, January 26, 2026 I am heartbroken by the lack of empathy I experienced at the H-E-B Curbside (29520 Tomball Parkway) yesterday, Saturday, Jan 25th. I am a mother of five, including two autistic children (one who is non-verbal). I arrived at 9:20 PM for my pickup—before the department’s 9:30 PM closing time. Despite being within operating hours, I was flatly denied my groceries and told to come back the next day. This isn’t just about a missed window; it’s about the devastating impact of that choice: The Weather: It was 30 degrees. I had to pack five children into the cold late at night, only to be turned away for food I had already paid for. My non-verbal son has a very limited window of what he can eat. He understood we were going to get his favorite food, and being denied caused a severe, heart-wrenching meltdown in the freezing cold. I am struggling financially and had to borrow money just to feed my family last night. To be told I had to wait another 15 hours for our food while my children were hungry was incredibly cruel. I’ve always loved H-E-B, but to be treated with such disregard for my family’s safety and needs is disheartening. I left in tears. I hope management looks into the lack of empathy shown 10 minutes before closing.
