- SGSavannah GarciaDec 28, 20251.0Came in on 12/28/25 around 11am and food was good as usual but they really need more staff. We finished our food and never received our drinks so i had to get up and ask if anyone could get them. The guy with the beard moved extra slow and took time to go and go whisper to his coworker who was hustling to and slowed her down. Maybe they’re upset because they’re overworked and understaffed so hopefully management will see this and get on that.
- LWle WDec 21, 20252.0This place is new but it is very dirty. Every table and the floor were dirty. Things are not laid out ligically for people to get. I think, they need a manager.
- SWShelly WarrenDec 8, 20251.0First time to go in this location. We walked in before 2pm, doors were open stood in line with no acknowledgement from staff. When I walked over to the cooler to looked at the cream cheese flavors the girl behind the counter said we're closed. I said closed? She said we close at 2pm. Even though we were in the store prior to 2pm waiting on the customer in front of us she refused to serve is. No one said a word about being closed when we walked in. There was only one customer ahead of us and no one else. If you close at 2pm lock your doors, but you should still serve the people already in there. That was the first and last time I'll go there if that's how they do business. What a shame!

They could have told us when we walked in or the doors should gave been locked. Was there before 2. At 2:02 is when we were told they were closed and would not wait on us. First and last time to go to Einstein Bagels.

Einstein might fall a tad short of a perfect New York Jewish bagel but its the next best thing. The variety of flavors is perfect. This day I had a spinach florentine with spread. I want another and another.
