I accidentally entered the wrong date for my catering order — 10/15 instead of 10/14 — and only realized it when I arrived for my 7:15 AM pickup. The staff immediately jumped into action. The lady at the counter spoke with her manager, and soon the whole team was working together to get my order ready. This was a large order for 40 people, including sandwiches, and they managed to prepare everything beautifully in less than 30 minutes. They truly went above and beyond, and I will always be grateful for their kindness, teamwork, and outstanding service. Thank you for turning a stressful morning into a reminder of what great customer service looks like!

This was my first time visiting this location as I have been a patron of multiple locations for years. The staff at this location was completely overwhelmed. The line was out the door practically with only one cashier. I only saw two visible individuals constructing items. The entire refreshment cooler was basically empty. The young girl at the cashier was absolutely trying her best and was very sweet but got half my order wrong and there was no way I was going to bring this to their attention as they could barely handle the amounts of people they had waiting to begin with. I am not sure exactly when this place opened but things have got to change. There has got to be better organization and more hands on deck.
