  If you’re planning a special occasion, save yourself the headache and skip this place entirely. I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this Baskin Robbins/Dunkin Donuts location. I ordered a cake a full week in advance for my child’s 5th birthday with a Hello Kitty cake topper. When I picked it up, the topper was wrinkled and poorly applied, completely ruining the appearance of a cake meant for a special celebration. When I raised the issue, the staff was rude, dismissive, and offered absolutely no resolution. For a children’s birthday cake—something that should be handled with care—this lack of professionalism is unacceptable. To make matters worse, I also ordered iced lattes from the Dunkin’ Donuts inside the same establishment. They were made with excessive milk, no caramel, and barely any coffee. It basically tasted like an iced cup of milk. Yet another example of poor quality and lack of care all around. I will not be returning to this location and strongly recommend others avoid the entire establishment to prevent the same disappointment.

  The staff there are so sweet and kind! I entered the lobby and was greeted with warm smiles and a polite “hello”. My order was promptly made; it was very warm and delicious. They truly do everything with love, passion and grace. They definitely earned a loyal customer from now on!

  I can't speak for anything except for the coffee and hashbrowns, due to my dietary restrictions, so I try to avoid anything with dairy. As a Boston native, where Dunkin' is our blood, this Dunkin' rarely disappoints. Sometimes the coffee seems more watery than I'm used to, but it's not horrible. The hashbrowns are what you expect from Dunkin'. If you are lactose intolerant, keep in mind that most, if not all, of the coffee flavor swirls have milk in them. For those with larger vehicles, this Dunkin has a very accessible Drive-Thru, so you dont have to worry about driving up on a curb.
