  I ordered take out and ordered a burrito for my daughter. It's frustrating when people that are in front of me get a bigger portion of meat & rice than what I have gotten from your restaurants previously. The guy that was at the register charged me $2.98 for guacamole that I didn't even order. A lady took over the refund and was really rude when she tried processing the refund 5 times. I would place my card and remove it as it prompted me to do so every time but for some reason it wouldn't complete the refund. The 5th time it finally went through. She was wanting me to use a different card, but I told her she could just give me the cash. She was rude and offered no apologies for their mistake. They acted as if it was my fault for their error. I would highly recommend on viewing your receipt before leaving the restaurant.

  Will barely give you any food. I asked for a veggie bowl and they gave me barely enough to eat. Im on a diet but ..... I guess I should thank them for child size portions. Lol

  Terrible location. Service always sucks, and the portions are ridiculous. I finally just stopped going here and go to the one on 99 and kuykendall, its so worth the extra 10 minutes just to not have to deal with this location.

  I paid for the three tacos for my 4 year old son because the kids meal is never enough. Well once I took the contents out of the shells it was less food than it was if I got the kids meal. And I paid double. I wrote the below review two weeks ago and never posted but I’m including it too. I’m done with this location. I eat at this Chipotle about once a week because it’s five minutes from my house, but there’s roughly a 50% chance my order is wrong or disappointing. Today was the final straw. This past Saturday, I went inside to order a kids’ meal and received some of the worst service I’ve experienced at any Chipotle. The employee did not greet me, did not speak to me, and placed the drink cup directly into the bag without explanation. I assumed it was apple juice and left—only to realize my child had no drink at all. Today’s order was equally unacceptable. The portions were extremely small, and after reading other reviews, it’s clear this is a recurring issue at this location. Between inconsistent food quality, poor service, and lack of basic communication, this store is clearly being mismanaged. I will be taking my business to the Grand Parkway location going forward.
