I am so happy they started coming to Texas because the food here was delicious I got the chicken biscuit combo for breakfast. Chicken was crunchy and juicy packed with flavor, the hashbrowns it comes with I believe it’s like five or six, but they’re big pieces and the crunch the hash browns had OMG I mean just on point the biscuit was made from scratch so you know the freshness is there and at this specific location was very clean so were the restrooms. Customer service was 100% A1 overall my experience here was so good that I’m definitely coming back. Let’s make this clear if you have never had them please do yourself a favor and give them a try.

This location is very unorganized, with the food never being ready at the window, they have you pull up to park every single time then the workers don't even know whose order is who's. The chicken on the chicken biscuit is soggy, even if you eat it immediately and the biscuit is always falling apart, not in a good way. This location doesn't offer the bojangles signature seasoned fries, yet the spring location 5 miles away does. How does that make sense? On top of all that, these locations only serve boneless chicken. No kind of bone-in?! I hate to seem like a Karen on a review, but damn. This is pathetic to claim as a Bojangles.

Arrived at the location just to be gaslighted to be told that I was told that there was no more biscuits. Plus waiting over an hour to receive my order which was not my complete order. I will never be returning to this location since I was disrespected and lied to. I do not recommend anyone coming to this location. The workers need to be taught respect and to not lie to customers just to get their drive through times down.
