- KAKarma AlfaJan 2, 20261.0I recently had a really poor experience at this Dunkin’ Donuts location. I usually pass by once or twice a week, and unfortunately, their attitude is often not great. This time, it was even worse. They took a long time with my order, and then I found out they never entered it into the system, so I had to order again and wait all over. Plus, they told me to stand by the trash can while waiting, which I found really disrespectful. In the end, they delayed me by about 20 minutes, and when I asked to speak to the manager (who said her name was Zeina), she just went back inside and left me standing there while I was still trying to talk. The whole interaction was extremely rude. Overall, this location has a terrible reputation (they’re rated 1.9 stars for a reason), and I can see why. I hope they improve, but I won’t be coming back.

It wanted to know if I wanted to leave a tip. The order, for 1 large shake, was almost $10. No, i don't want to leave a tip. You're serving ice cream at a counter, not serving a family of four at a dinner restaurant. Why is it that businesses like this request a tip, just to get me what I already overpaid for? One star because Ive seen the other reviews, and management doesn't really seem to care. Stop pressuring customers into leaving a tip. They shouldn't have to if they paid for what they ordered.

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.

You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
