Very friendly, welcoming and helpful to choose what drinks are best if your a picky one lol, from taking orders to receiving it with a smile to a “God bless” at the end. Best service and drink!

just left this location and had the worst experience. definitely the slowest and rudest 7 brew in this area. we waited 15 minutes for 2 drinks, my chiller came out watery with what i am assuming is soft top that i didn’t ask for ??, and the employees couldn’t even be bothered to apologize for the wait when handing drinks out.

I don’t appreciate that they don’t take orders in order of people arriving when they can clearly see if other people have been waiting in a line longer.

This place was great when it first opened. They really pushed excellent customer service, and got the coffee out in a timely manner. Now, not so much. The guy taking orders took someone who had just pulled up while others waited and waited… essentially allowing the guy to cut in front of two people. When I brought it up to the order-taker, he just shrugged it off instead of offering an apology. Definitely a change in Customer Service attitude. We certainly will not be returning. There are just too many other options around Tomball, why go here?
