My order was taken by a super sweet girl whose name I didn't catch, and she suggested a drink that ended up being absolutely delicious. Then I was greeted by the sweetest girl named Sonny, and her energy instantly brightened my morning. She was warm, funny, and just so easy to talk to, the kind of person who somehow makes you feel like you've known her forever, even though it's just a quick drive-thru chat. She even handed me a free drink card for the wait! The whole atmosphere was such a vibe. Everyone was smiling, talking, and even singing. Hearing them sing Wicked in the background honestly made my whole day. It felt less like stopping for coffee and more like pulling up to a little pocket of joy. My drink was perfect, the service was wonderful, and the atmosphere? Truly unmatched. If you want a boost that's more than just caffeine, go see the team at Seven Brew Tomball!! đđ

Gaston was also very patient and knowledgeable with drink options explaining everything to my little sister I really appreciate the work ethic there highly recommended to go for a drink.

I was having a horrible day due to insane people on my way to work and I stopped by for a Coffee since Iâve seen the high marketingâs they been doing and oh my stars they have the most amazing Employees because each time i stop by they make my day everyone is great there but my two favorites are Gaston and Valerye their dynamic and the jokes they tell each time. I come from a horrible day and they greet me with a Smile and great service, seriously this place has probably one of the most best customer service Iâve ever came across. I also love the days they have to dress up I believe one of my favorites well was when I stopped by and saw one of the workers wearing an extravagant wig and it truly made my day, and especially when i brought my two dogs for a pup cup and they were fawning over them it was truly a sight to see,Thank you.

They greet us each time we come in and can carry on a conversation with us as if weâve known each other for years. The coffees and teas we order are made perfectly. Another coffee shop we used to go to never made their drinks the same. Definitely a pleasant experience.

Tomball location, honestly everyoneâs extremely slow and not detail oriented. Iâve made multiple orders here and itâs always wrong. Today I ordered my usual large light ice energy I get this drink 2-3 times a day. The proceeded with a medium and I stated that I ordered and purchased a large. They âFixedâ it by dumping it into a large cup and adding a 1/4 of a can of energy and more ice. Today was not the first time this has happened I just finally decided to actually leave them a review about stuff like this! Hopefully the new people are coachable. Never the less definitely will be back to this location as our entire family drinks 7brew including my 3 year old with her chocolate milks!
