- RRryevoryApr 12, 20262.0I'm not a super big fan of the coffee. I'm even less of a fan of the attitude from the worker. I asked for a "breve latte" because as a barista, that is how it's referred to at my job. Instead of politely explaining the difference between the two according to Dutch Bros standards or assuming I meant "just breve", I was instead made to feel like I was stupid for not knowing how a coffee shop I don't go to works. It's hard to say if it was attitude or if her tone was just wildly off, but considering she was completely pleasant to the people behind me, I'm going to assume it's the former. I think work on customer service would benefit this store to keep customers coming back, because after this experience, I don't plan on doing so.

I intend to return to have my drink remade. Regrettably, they lack a direct line for customer service. I should have expressed my dissatisfaction when I received a cup that was less than half full of coffee.

She is calm, personable, and always kind, even if there's a line wrapped around the building. It's always a delight when she is the broista to take my order. If I could have 10 employees like her at my own restaurant I'd be set!

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
