- NNNathanjam254 days ago1.0If you place a curbside order you can’t change/cancel it on the app nor can you do it in person. The guy at the drive through window said it “goes to corporate” and I would have to contact them. What a joke of a company that they can’t do something as easy as removing an item from an order. And good luck talking to a real person on the phone. This will be my last time as a returning customer.

They try to “pre-close” way to early resulting in running out of ingredients, then get an attitude with the customers for asking for it. The fact that this has happened multiple times suggests that there may need to be new management, trainers and process to closing. This location is the most disappointing chipotle franchise in the area. I highly recommend avoiding this location.
- PSPaula SanchezMar 31, 20262.0HORRIBLE!! Food was okay but the rice was absolutely stale and hard, nothing like I had imagined. Guacamole is $3 more?!?!?! They did not have lemon juice when I asked to them some and when I asked the difference between the brown and white rice the lady said “ones brown ones white” in the sassiest tone. Never coming back here again
