- DFDebbie Fichter4 days ago1.0Jerks! I got a grilled market salad. They didn’t give me my bags of nuts. There were barely any apples or strawberries and hardly any chicken. They shred it so you can’t tell that there’s barely anything in there. Creekside cuts a whole fillet and puts it in there in strips. There was enough lettuce for five salads. This isn’t what I paid for. They didn’t even give me any utensils. This is why I go to Creekside.

The Asian employee at the register was unable to understand my order, and as a result, we received the wrong items. I ordered two grilled chicken sandwiches with fries and two lemonades, but we were only given a salad and one lemonade. When I tried to clarify the mistake, the communication issue continued, and the order was still not corrected. It was surprising to see that the staff did not seem properly trained for basic customer interaction, especially at the front counter. This location appears to be struggling with staffing and service quality, and it shows in the customer experience. Based on this visit, I cannot recommend this Chick‑fil‑A. The service was poor, the order was incorrect, and the overall experience did not meet the standards I expect from this brand. This franchise should be revoked and the place should just close it's doors to protect the brand.
