  My experience ordering the “Saucy Chicken Sandwich”, which was below average and didn’t look anything like what they advertised. They forgot the pickles entirely, the breast should have been tenderized and shaped to fix the bun size. Received petite baby carrots, not carrots sticks as shown in their advertisement. Disappointing and would not order again. Had to go back in and ask for the ranch I requested and they were just “sorry”. At that point they could have offered a credit or gift card for the inconvenience, management get a clue please. I originally was trying to order online at Potbelly but their app was down so in desperation I tried BWW’s out and regret it

  Ordered Uber eats, looks like they just dumped the sauce on top of the wings and didn't toss them. Pretty undeniable negligence and a clear indifference of how these wings turned out.

  This location consistently has awful service, dirty tables and when you get a carryout, something’s always missing. I’ll drive out of my way to go to a different location.

  Wish another location was closer. This location is excessively slow inside or online. I would give a one star, but at least food is generally good. Need to fix order system to be closer to actual pickup up time. Getting food 15-20 mins after noted time to be ready is terrible. Just dont understand why this location is always so excessively slow compared to other locations.
