I dont understand, if you hate customers service so much why get a job in that field? There mother's should have raised them better than the way they just exude rude, disgusting, lazy behavior. At this point location should just close down bc the only thing keeping them open is the name behind the store, otherwise it would have been closed down a long time ago.

Both girls completely rude. Was 7:30 at night. One ice cream case totally empty from cleaning it. Blender they said was dirty and could not get a shake. Had to ask for a spoon for the ice cream in a cup and a bag, after I had to ask the girl to ring us out. Asked for corporate number, girl said she didnt know it and would only tell me "Zacky" with no last name is the owner. Both employees did not great us had no name badges on ither. Receipt says 1176941 Carmen Never going in again.

Was waiting for the drinks, never said we needed some time, please hold.., when I looked at them puzzled them attacked with the words .like what do you want. We have just one blender. So mean . We didn’t rush them or ask them to hurry. But they were so mean . O would have left without the drinks. But since I paid, I didn’t want to leave. Will not go to this location anymore. Always same mean staff. Every single time was super rude and mean. But today it went too far. Maybe because I didn’t l leave a TIP. So they made sure to give the worst service possible.

This time, it was even worse. They took a long time with my order, and then I found out they never entered it into the system, so I had to order again and wait all over. Plus, they told me to stand by the trash can while waiting, which I found really disrespectful. In the end, they delayed me by about 20 minutes, and when I asked to speak to the manager (who said her name was Zeina), she just went back inside and left me standing there while I was still trying to talk. The whole interaction was extremely rude. Overall, this location has a terrible reputation (they’re rated 1.9 stars for a reason), and I can see why. I hope they improve, but I won’t be coming back.

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.

You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
