- CWConnie WilkenApr 18, 20261.0My sister and I along with our husbands stopped here April 14th. When we ordered I was told I couldn't add anything to my Italian trio wrap. My hubs meatball sub was fine. My sister also ordered a protein wrap and was told the store was out of tomatoes and several other items. Midway thru eating, employee told us to leave the lobby. He was shutting the store down. Placed signs he would reopen at 5 and locked the door. We were there around 1pm. Never will I go in this Subway again. We make the drive from Corpus Christi to San Antonio almost weekly. Employee was beyond rude.
- MHMary HooverApr 11, 20261.0Bad customer service. Unacceptable. Do NOT go. Spoiled my taste for Subway as a whole. Won’t be going to Subway for a long while. This is for the Subway by McDonalds and Loves gas station. It’s not listed on maps. They wouldn’t make edits to my sandwich, even when I said I’d pay the extra cost for the meat. Nobody knew what they were doing and asked me how to make the sandwich, even though the ingredients were listed on their board under the specific sandwich. The tortilla wasn’t even wrapped and it was messy and ingredients were everywhere. Training someone is fine, but messing up my order and not caring about the customer is another thing. I’ve worked customer service and food service for years and I have good patience, but this was unacceptable.

If you are going to advertise the hours of operations, then ensure the hours are accurate. Shutting down 30 minutes prior to closing time is inaccurate when your hours state 9pm. Numerous customers were trying to enter at 8:30pm.
