    All I asked for was 20pc nuggets and a drink. They forgot a sauce, the nuggets were stale, hard to chew, and they forgot my straw. Drive thru person had bad customer service.

    Met on duty manager coming out of bathroom and he didn't wash his hands. Watched him go back to food prep area and start bagging food. When i talked with him about not washing his hands, he walked away. Note to Owners,.please fix this before someone gets sick. I was there at noon on December 1

    How many employees does it take to answer a simple question of "do you have this sauce back in stock?" Five. The magic number is five. Four of them, one a manager the other the cashier just ignored me like i didn't exist even after making eye contact with each other WHILE I ask said question. Maybe if they spoke English better this wouldn't be such a problem. I got tired of it and had to literally yell back to the guy working on the line. His English was flawless and he was able to inform me they were still out if the golden sauce. Manager didn't seem to like that I distracted the line cook for 3 seconds. Manager should learn better customer service. This is one of the worst McDonald's in the country. I drive a semi so ive been to countless ones and I have never been treated so invisible because I both asked my questions and ordered my food in the same language that the menu is in. They are not even calling out the order numbers. Just setting bags of food up on the counter with the order number facing the kitchen and walking away. I will never return to this location again and I hope it gets closed down and replaced with a Wendy's.
