  I am a corporate event planner and ordered the hot dog bar catering for an Astros baseball themed corporate event. Everything was delivered on time and we had great feedback from the food and drinks provided!

  I am disappointed. I had been out side driving around all day doordashing and just wanted to order some lunch. I ordered a burger that was suppose to have tomato and lettuce and some sauce and instead I got nothing but two buns and patty…

  Dear Derek Dodd, Was that you last night at the counter that had no clue how to resolve your IT issues with the online ordering system and throwing your employees under the bus by not taking accountability for your lack of IT skills and poor management? You didn't even address the issue with me...the customer. You just looked at the POS system screen, clueless. You really didn't care at all. Left that young lady there to deal with your mess, your POOR MANAGEMENT, horrible customer service training and UNPROFESSIONALISM. I have ordered 3 times from there, this was my 3rd and last time. Order is never ready even if I come after the time they gave to be ready. This time, no salmon. You should know when you are out of product and take the ability to order it online, OFF. I waited an additional 28 minutes after a promised 25 minute wait, told my order didn't print out, then told it was being made, only to say you're out of salmon and you're refunding my money. I had to explain to the young lady not to blame herself because it starts from POOR MANAGEMENT, LACK OF I.T. SKILLS AND POOR TRAINING. Do better! Better yet, the owners need new, more professionally skilled management with some common sense.

  Arrived late last night intending to take out since there were closing in the next hour. While waiting for our order to be taken at the cash register we notice 3 staff members removing the grease vent/trap from the hood. They were trying to push them from Right to Left so one other staff member could take them down. The one staff member pushing the vents over was using a broom where the broom bristle side of the it was inches above the deep fryer, grill and fry basin and shaking. She turned around and looked to see if anyone was watching then met my eyes and turn around to keep pushing. That is not very sanitary so we turned around and walked out.

  this place has been very good the times we’ve ordered but lately through DoorDash you guys are messing up BAD. It had been idk maybe 6 months since we delivered the stand through there and again, an item or two is missing.. PLEASE BE MORE COMPETENT IN THIS. The food is awesome, but your service sucks!!! We demand a refund for our sweet potato fries that cost us 4.25$ for a SMALL.. as of 3/25. Whoeever sees this please respond, idk if the DoorDasher took it or not but I NEED MY MONEY BACK
