My husband and I went to Landrys Seafood in The Woodlands today to share our first meal as a married couple. We just got married yesterday and was going to celebrate with eating our favorite, seafood! We were seated outside and our server, Dylan, came and greeted us. We ordered a water and a tea and calamari. When he came back with our drinks we ordered our dinner. Both of us ordered mahi mahi. It took 25 mins to get the calamari after we had asked for it a couple of times and when we finally got it, it wasn’t even hot. It was warm but not hot. Then about 20 mins later we asked the server how much longer on our dinner and he said about 3 more minutes and walked away. After about 12 more minutes and not seeing the server or our food, we decided we had waited long enough. We left a $20 bill on the table to pay for the app and the tea and we left. This really ruined a moment for us. We will not be back! Note for the server… I was in the service industry for many years and the number 1 rule for a server is to NEVER let drinks get empty and NEVER let them sit empty for 10 or 15 minutes.

This is an awesome Landry's location! Came here to eat for my birthday and they went above and beyond to make it memorable- they even brought me a slice of the most delicious chocolate cake with a birthday candle and a card signed by all the staff! Thank ya'll so much!! 😊

We were actually disappointed coming to this Landry's location; especially compared to others we have been to (Saltgrass, King Ranch, Grotto, Fish Tales...). Our appetizer was barely warm with stale chips, multiple servers were consistently mixing up tables and orders, and when it came time to pay, our server was presumptive in keeping the gift card that had a remaining balance, which did result in us tipping significantly less than our normal 20%. Based on this experience we likely would not come back to this location.

Went here with the family and honestly, you should likely go to Pappas seafood house, or Pappadeaux's. I even know BBQ places like Rib Tickler who have much better prepared seafood than this place.
The C bug from 2020 got this place too. Just WAY OVERPRICED for what you get and they are not interested in really accommodating someone's dietary needs.
2 stars is being kind.

Stopped here for lunch on a whim and was happy with our decision! The crab, spinach, and artichoke dip was the star of the meal, absolutely amazing and honestly worth coming back for on its own. The other entrees were all tasty and didn’t disappoint.
The only thing that fell short was the side of gumbo, which had an unfortunate burnt undertone. That said, I won’t hold it too heavily against them since gumbo is one of those dishes that’s deeply personal and every cook has their own take. It just wasn’t my cup of tea this time around.
Our server Michael was fantastic and provided truly 5 star service from start to finish. Overall, a great experience with food worth trying. I’d definitely return.
