Scrubbing floor with mop water and literally making my order with dirty mop water hands. Ordering and waiting 10 minutes I walk in the store almost everyone is in the back. Two employees Scrubbing floors i watch one pick up a brown bag off the floor. Dripping water from the bag guessing it was mop water. Asked for refund got denied. Will not return to a Wendy's establishment is not my job to manage your failed business.
