My other employee paid for a chili cheese burrito, got a bean and cheese burrito. Someone just literally grabbed whatever they wanted and threw in the bag. It's not super cheap anymore so not cool to be cheated out of what you pay for.

Avoid this place at all costs. Food was not good, order incorrect, infuriating ai order taker. Not all change is good Taco Bell.

The order showed correctly on the screen, but I ended up getting a diet drink or Pepsi instead of the Dr Pepper I ordered. I had to loop back through to get it fixed. They did replace it and even gave me a large, which I appreciated, but overall it just felt strange and disconnected from what used to be a friendly drive-thru experience.
