Taco Bell's new way to order from the computer kiosk/do it yourself has created a bad type of employee who doesn't like to interact with the public. What is happening to our service world???? When asked a question they reply rudely. They avoid eye contact. When you pick up your food at the counter there are no kind words offered like, "have a nice day" OR "enjoy your lunch". Nada! I was shocked at the lack of interaction the employees seem to strive for. Taco Bell needs to go back to the counter ordering because their employees DO NOT care about the patrons at all. SAD SAD SAD! Wake up Taco Bell!

The new form of ordering from the computer kiosk has generated a version of poor customer service. It’s really sad and this particular Taco Bell was really bad when it came to polite human interaction. Very disappointing!
