Me and my friend walked into this subway at about 9:10pm on Thursday October 23rd, 2025. The lady at the front obviously seemed upset about cleaning the floor and made a snarky comment when we asked if they were still open. She took our orders and was angrily slapping our food onto our sandwiches. We were very polite and showed no attitude whatsoever, but that’s all we received back. I had asked for extra ranch, which is just my preference, but she said “my manager is not here but I will but you’re not supposed to.” Never have I been denied this in my years of going to subway! I felt disrespected, and so disappointed in the service that I received tonight. I will not be returning to the Subway on college park drive.
