We placed our order in store and went shopping. 40 mins later we returned to find out our pizza hadn’t even been started and it would be another 20 mins until they got to it. I’m sorry but in no other restaurant or pizza shop would waiting over an hour for pizza be acceptable regardless of how busy it is. This same experience had happened to us at least 5 times. This time we asked for a refund and were given no apology. This place needs to be reported and HEB needs to find a solution whether it means hiring more employees or what because this isn’t okay.

There seems to be only one crust and a moderate selection of toppings. Honestly, I would probably choose this over the bigger national pizza chains. It’s located in the HEB. There is a small dining area in front of the store. It’s enclosed and air conditioned. You need to step out of the store to get there because it looks like they converted a cart storage area. There are no fountain drink or water dispensers, so come prepared or just buy a drink in the store.

South Flo Pizza was an exciting treat for my family and I while we took a break from our busy day of shopping. Nice atmosphere, friendly service, and the cleanliness was A+. Great job HEB! Whatever you're doing with this pizza restaraunt, keep it up. While I was there, i saw a deal for their Happy Hour; I'm definitely going to have to make a trip back soon.
