  I ordered two 44.oz drinks through the Sonic app. The charge went through on my bank account ($3.44 total), but I never received the drinks. I contacted the store and spoke with the manager, who told me it was “not his problem” and to contact the app instead. No attempt was made to help or resolve the issue. I understand app issues happen, but customer service matters. Refusing to help over a small charge makes me reconsider coming back.

  After the pandemic, and it's very much understandable, I noticed people are just stressing and projecting that on to other people giving terrible customer service. But every time I come here, the Sonic Employees always have the best, friendly attitude, not only that, they always look clean, with good hygiene, their hair done very presentable. The girls very pretty some with make up, others with no make up on but all of them very well put together. And the men too. Very clean and presentable. At least the times I gone, I have noticed that. It sounds shallow but to me that's important. I go to some places and people look like they just rolled out of bed and it doesn't look too good on the company they work for. The food and drinks are always good, they prepare my food very fast. Keep up the good work! Other companies should take notes from your excellent customer service and employees that look well put together and clean
