  Madelyn truly helped to make our 9 year anniversary special. Her service was amazing! We didn't have to ask for anything! She was a mind reader! Before we asked it was there. Refills ✔️, table cleared ✔️, leftovers packed to go ✔️. Food was delicious! We even got an anniversary picture!! We will definitely be back! The manager even stopped by. Definitely worth it! Thanks Madelyn!!

  Jay really made this first experience so memorable! I am newly postpartum, 3months, and was anxious dressing up very fancy the way I did and going out. But between my husband and Jay.. it was an amazing night out! We where celebrating out anniversary, new job and baby in one night! Very attentive staff and when asked for my drink to be remade because it tasted watered down, it was done very promptly and that was very much appropriate. Food was absolutely delicious and having our picture taken was such a sweet touch! We will definitely be coming back again and asking for Jay ☺️

  Edit: Not really the response I would have hoped for from Morton's. " Thanks for coming spending over 200 dollars for a substandard experience, come again real soon" would have been nice for them to acknowledge you experience and say we hope to do better next time" Usually I would give Morton's a full five-star review without hesitation. Unfortunately, when we visited to celebrate our anniversary, the experience fell short. The food was excellent — truly the highlight of the evening — but the service didn’t match the standard we’ve come to expect. Our server seemed to rush us through the meal. Appetizer plates weren’t provided until we asked, we had to request silverware, and the table wasn’t cleared of crumbs. The coffee that arrived at the end of the meal was barely warm and disappointing. We were also never asked about Landry’s Select, something I normally appreciate (and admittedly forgot to bring up myself). Overall, the meal itself was great, but many of the small touches Morton's is known for simply didn’t happen this time.

  The quality of food and service here is outstanding! We've walked by this restaurant many times over the years and decided to give it a try...2 times so far....what amazing food! Our server Carlos ensured we had everything we needed even though it was late and the restaurant was winding things down. I highly recommend this place if you're looking for great food and great service!

  Took my wife here for our Anniversary and all I can say is “phenomenal”! The service and food were excellent and our waiter was so sweet! They even took our picture and gave us a free photo and free desert! They went above and beyond even decorating our table with rose petals without me even asking them to do it beforehand! All I can say is we will most definitely be back if I could give this more stars I would! Job well done!
