    This isn’t the first time I’ve experienced this. I previously informed you, but again, my kids’ Happy Meal was missing 2 chicken nuggets—they received 4 pieces instead of 6. It’s disappointing, especially since we pay for the full meal. Please make sure orders are complete so customers aren’t missing items.

    Every time I come inside of this establishment, no one ever greets me. Not even the manager, who is clearly right there and can see you. He is too preoccupied with other individuals and on his cell phone instead of actually greeting the customer when they walk in. I just wasted 20 minutes of my time due to a glitch on the app and then coming inside for assistance and never receiving a greeting to even specify my problem. Do better.
