    am extremely dissatisfied with the customer service experience my son had at 4600 Woodlands Pkwy, The Woodlands, TX 77381. When attempting to purchase a meal, the staff informed him that his card was not working. After he contacted me, I reviewed my account and discovered that $11.48 had already been deducted. Upon bringing this to the staff's attention, they acknowledged the issue and promised to refund the money. Given the inconvenience caused, I hope you will consider hiring staff who are more attentive to customer needs and understand the importance of providing excellent customer service.

    Very poor customer service experience and concerns surrounding cleanliness at this location around 3:30pm today. You don’t typically expect amazing service from a McDonald’s but you do expect when an error is made because human error can happen, that it’s fixed appropriately. After a double cheeseburger was given to us without pickles or onion and we went inside to bring it to their attention, they asked multiple times if we had the receipt before they offered to help, and they didn’t understand what was wrong with the burger (we had to tell both the employee and manager what comes on a double cheeseburger). They then took my burger with a bite out of it to the kitchen, put it on the line, added things to it, then handed it back again to two more employees, with the last employee scrunching the wrapper back up and handing it to me. Not only did two employees touch it with their bare hands, it still wasn’t made with the usual toppings (was made with no onions, had extra pickle and a few pieces of lettuce in it). They saw no issue with touching our food with their bare hands and placing it where fresh food was being prepared and wrapped. Again, you don’t expect the best service but you expect some level of service especially from the manager. The whole interaction was bizarre.

    Very Unprofessional Customer Service Experience at This McDonald’s Location from Leadership. I’ve been a regular McDonald’s customer and a loyal rewards member for a long time, but unfortunately, my recent experience at the Woodlands location left a lot to be desired. While picking up a DoorDash order, I encountered a very busy front counter and a manager who seemed overwhelmed. When I finally got her attention to ask about my order (which was on the Dasher tablet rather than the POS), she was dismissive and unhelpful. Initially, she said they didn’t have the order and then told me I couldn’t wait at the front counter, even though I was just trying to clarify the situation. It took multiple explanations and a call to DoorDash support before she even considered remaking the order, and by that time, we had to cancel it. The entire interaction felt rude and unprofessional, and it’s disappointing to see this kind of customer service at a McDonald’s in a good area. When I told her tht support was just going to cancel the order her response was “Exactly!” and went on to help someone else. Being “The Leader” of several staff members this is a terrible example to set to say the least. If this is the behavior the staff has to look up to this location is in serious trouble. I’m sure the owners would not approve. Hopefully, management can improve how they handle busy times and treat customers with more respect in the future.
