  Fake fancy! I tried giving this chain a fair shot, but it’s just not worth it. For the price that you are paying, you will not get quality. We ordered so many things on the menu. The sushi roll was essentially a BLOCK of rice. Our steaks were average. I honestly feel like I could’ve made them at home. The only thing that was truly yummy were the desserts, the Lobster Mac and Cheese and the Smoke and Mirrors drink from the bar. You can certainly have a much higher quality dinner elsewhere.

  Last night was flawless from start to finish. From the moment the bread basket hit the table through the appetizer, main course, and dessert, everything was executed perfectly. Each dish was cooked exactly as it should be, full of flavor, beautifully presented, and not a single plate needed to be sent back. The pacing of the meal was just right, with no long waits and no rushing. The service was truly top tier. Our waiter was attentive without hovering, knowledgeable about the entire menu, and intentional about making sure we were well taken care of throughout the evening. That level of professionalism elevates the entire experience. If you’re looking to celebrate a special moment or simply relax in an atmosphere that feels like what a true high-end, five-star restaurant is supposed to feel like, this is the place. Make your reservation as soon as possible.

  Booked for an Anniversary dinner and they exceeded expectations. When do you really say that anymore these days? Started with an easy reservation, call confirmation, acknowledgement at check-in (and every service member we encountered). Special menu prepared, handwritten note on table, great seating location, wine/food was excellent. What's more to say? Oh service was attentive & impeccable. They even called the following day to thank us & (again) wish us a happy anniversary. Who does this anymore!?!? Mastro's we'll be back!

  We dined at Mastro’s Ocean Club on New Year’s Eve, marking our third consecutive year celebrating at this location. Unfortunately, this visit was a significant departure from the level of service and hospitality we have consistently experienced in the past. From the outset, our server was noticeably curt and disengaged. While nearby tables were thoughtfully guided through the menu and New Year’s Eve features, we were simply handed menus and asked to place our order, without any explanation or recommendations. Bread service, which we are aware is an additional charge, was never offered or mentioned. Early in the evening, she emphasized that no food would be served after midnight and instructed us to be prepared with both entrée and dessert selections. Despite this, we were still finishing our entrées at approximately 11:45 pm when she attempted to clear our plates while my husband was actively eating. During this interaction, she stated that she had been working since 4 pm and was tired—an unprofessional comment that further detracted from the experience. Once our table was cleared, the check was immediately presented. There was no offer of dessert, coffee, or an additional round of drinks, which was especially disappointing given the occasion and the expectations associated with a New Year’s Eve dinner at a fine-dining establishment. After payment was processed, the check was dropped off without any closing remarks, expression of appreciation, or acknowledgment of the evening. We have dined at this location and other Mastro’s restaurants numerous times and are well acquainted with the brand’s standards. Regrettably, this experience did not align with those standards in any way and fell far short of what we have come to expect from Mastro’s.

  Celebrated my husband's 43rd birthday on Christmas Day at Mastro's & it was an amazing experience! Staff greeted us, wished my husband and happy birthday, seated quickly & greeted by our server Pande. Pande was knowledgeable about menu options, drinks & speciality items for the day! it was extremely busy as it was Christmas with a packed house but we never felt rushed or overlooked! Pande was top tier & we thanked him for working on Christmas & for making our first time visiting a memorable one.
