    Great venue. Dinner was delicious and, as always, the service and food quality were top-notch. The only downside was that they were out of Ribeye and Kansas City Strip that night; we tried to order both, but they weren't available. On the bright side, their red wine selection is excellent, and the lemon dessert was fantastic. It's still a favorite spot of mine, but I'd suggest checking on cut availability when you sit down

    Food was excellent. Tommy, our waiter was wonderful. He was available without hovering. Other people assisting Tommy we're just as responsive. I'm looking forward to our next time.

    The food was fantastic and Rosie did a wonderful job. My only issue is that when they took our food to box it up, they didn't put my steak in our bag. I'm very upset because it was good and I wanted to eat the rest of it. I really wish there was a way to get my steak back. :(

    I come here often for date night. The other day we had Kara as our server and I had to go out of my way to leave this review because it was definitely the best service I’ve ever had here. She was extremely charismatic and attentive. She definitely set the bar for all my future visits! Would 10/10 recommend coming here for the delicious food and getting Kara as your waitress for the perfect fine dining experience!

    We booked a reservation at Mastro's Ocean Club to celebrate my son's engagement. Our party consisted of 3 couples, or 6 people. The chef did a good job with the food. I recommend the high-altitude wine from Argentina (Catena High Mountain). For entrees, I recommend the steaks, with reservation. When asked, the waiter informed us the beef was grass fed. This is not the best. You, as a consumer, want grass-fed, grass-finished beef as this is the healthiest and the tastiest beef. There's a big difference. Grass fed beef are brought to a slaughter yard and finished for as much as 6 months with grain to fatten them up. For many reasons, this is not healthy nor sanitary. A fine restaurant like this should know better, buy better, and inform their staff to know the difference. The food industry teaches their buyers to say this to mislead diners as virtually all cows are grass fed at sometime during their life. The food was delicious with one exception. I ordered scalloped potatoes and garlic potatoes were brought out. I mentioned this and the scalloped potatoes were ordered. Unfortunately, the cook was rushed, he charred the cheese with a torch, allegedly, and the dish was burned and tasteless. This was a simple mistake that could have been avoided. Otherwise, everyone enjoyed the service and there were no complaints, only compliments. The atmosphere was bad. We were a party of 6 and we sat at a large round table. The restaurant was so noisy that we couldn't hear one another. Who brings their kids to a fancy restaurant? And who seats kids alongside couples trying to enjoy a romantic dinner? People were using their outside voice to talk to each other, leaning in as close as possible to hear. This was a terrible situation. Management should know better. Leave the crying kids, the yelling parents, and the loud music in a separate room. We left feeling exhausted, tired, frustrated and glad to get out. We will not dine here again unless things change. Running a fine restaurant is a team effort involving many talented individuals. However, there were too many mistakes made by a few people to justify the high-priced tab.
