  Haden you are a great waiter. Your service is impressive! Your service was better than the food. A little disappointed in the ponchatrain it was dry. The entire dish was not tasty. The crawfish etouffee was good , could've had a larger scoop of rice. Kids meals were good. Mac and cheese and Alfredo. Most impressed was the service. Should you dine here, ask for Haden. We had outdoor seating and it was comfortable with the weather but the chairs were not so much. The mocktail was

  I am not one to post reviews on an establishment, but after having received service here, I absolutely had to leave my recommendation for someone else to spend their evening here. I had a fantastic meal, my server Luis did a magnificent job with taking care of me and my fiancé this Saturday night, providing excellent service and assuring we were having a wonderful meal. Tonight could not have gone better at Landry’s, from the food, to the “old yet fashionable” drink that Luis recommended to me- I had a great experience all around. I had a superb experience here and will most definitely come back for more, as well as extending an invitation to my counterparts to gather here and have a nice evening with great food & service! Thank you Luis for a wonderful experience!

  My husband and I visited Landry’s before heading back home to Alabama. The restaurant was nice and clean. Even the restroom was clean! A bit cool but I had a jacket in the car. Our food came in a timely manner and was cooked perfectly! I must add, our server Michael was PHENOMENAL! If you are visiting Landry’s ask for Michael! and to make it even better, HE’S FROM ALABAMA! what are the odds! All in all, my experience was great and we will definitely go back if we ever visit again!

  The waitress didn't listen to us when we ordered. My mom ordered grilled shrimp Alfredo. Somehow it came out chicken Alfredo. The waitress was like they put chicken after she already brought it out instead she could've corrected the chef unless she made the mistake when sending in order. Other than that everything else was great. My mom ate the chicken Alfredo because we didn't have time to wait. It was during lunch hour. MADE NO SINCE TO GET IT WRONG. I'm also a member

  When we arrived at the front desk, there were a few people in front of us talking to the host. The host left to ask the manager something, leaving us standing there waiting to simply check in and let her know we needed a table with no reservation. The restaurant wasn’t busy — maybe about 10 tables. After we were seated, it took around 15 minutes before anyone came by to take our drink and appetizer order. Our waiter was incredibly kind and helpful, even though he was clearly stretched thin managing both indoor and outdoor tables. I watched him run back and forth trying to take care of everyone. The atmosphere inside felt tense, almost like something was off with the management and staff. Despite the service issues, the food was good and everyone at our table enjoyed their meals. Another table that came in after us experienced the same issues, so it definitely wasn’t a one-off. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t return to this location. Giving 1 star for the food, and another star for the amazing waiter who did his best under the circumstances.
