However, when it was my turn, his demeanor completely changed. He avoided eye contact, appeared visibly uncomfortable, and barely responded when I introduced myself and spoke to him. The contrast in treatment was noticeable and made me feel unwelcome. I hope management addresses this, because every customer deserves to be treated with the same level of courtesy and respect.
